OKLAHOMA CITY — Police have released the name of one victim and the two suspects arrested in the shooting at NE 23rd and Lottie Tuesday.
It is being counted as homicide 62 for the City of Oklahoma City in 2024.

The young man who was shot to death at the scene has now been identified by the Oklahoma City Police Department as:
- G’Rico Hutcherson, 17, dead at the scene
The name of the second victim who lived is being withheld. It is a policy of the OKCPD PIO office to not name victims who live according to Sgt. Dillon Quirk in a phone call.
By daylight Wednesday, OKCPD detectives had developed leads on two suspects and arrested them.
They are:
- Lundon Mitchell, 33
- Bryan Stubbs, 15
Mitchell was booked around 5 AM into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a complaint of accessory to murder.
Stubbs was booked on a murder complaint into the Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center.
Note: As of publication, the information provided by the Oklahoma City Police Department has not yet been tested in court. Under the law, all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty before a jury of their peers or a plea of guilt.
