PRESS RELEASE: City of OKC seeks community feedback about okc.gov

The City of Oklahoma City sends this information as posted below:

The City of Oklahoma City is launching a community survey as part of its plan to improve okc.gov, creating better usability and access to information about City services and programs.

The short online survey can be found at vision.okc.gov, a new digital engagement and collaboration portal, and takes about seven minutes to complete.

The survey results will help inform City website decisions, planning priorities and will provide crucial information to help the City provide the best online services possible.

“As we start thinking about what the next version of okc.gov will look like and how things are presented and organized, we want to make sure we are listening to the people who use it,” Zach Nash, communication and engagement manager, said. “Projects like this should be a collaborative effort, designing with our communities and not just for them.”

The website is available in English and can be translated into nine other languages based on Census and community data.

The online survey will close on March 8.

Project background

The priorities of the project are to make the City’s online digital services and information more equitable and accessible, provide staff with the tools to easily manage and keep content current and improve how people quickly find relevant information they need. This project will replace okc.gov and the Action Center’s mobile app, OKC Connect.
