Shooting victim dies at hospital, suspect booked for murder

OKLAHOMA CITY — Patrol officers were called to a pharmacy at NW 39th and MacArthur Thursday, Feb. 22 for a shooting along with an EMSA truck.

When they arrived, an off-duty Village Police officer at the pharmacy said he had witnessed a pickup truck pulling into the parking lot. The driver told the off-duty officer that the woman in his truck had been shot.

The woman was identified as:

  • Terron Hall, 49

Hall was transported to a local hospital.

OKCPD investigators now believe that the shooting took place inside the truck around the 3800 block of N. Ann Arbor. Investigators also believe that the two were in a romantic relationship.

The shooting victim died days later at the hospital.

The man who drove the woman to the pharmacy has now been arrested and is identified as:

  • Leroy Glaze, 60

Glaze was arrested the day of the incident and booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on criminal felony complaints of:

  • Domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon
  • Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
  • Pointing a firearm

Upon the death of Hall, Glaze was booked on the additional complaint of:

  • First-degree murder

Bond was set for $1 million.

The OKCPD is counting the death of Hall as homicide #11 for the City of OKC in 2024.
