OKLAHOMA CITY — A man was booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center Tuesday on a complaint of murder in the death of an OKC woman in 2022.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner recently determined that the death of Megan Fuzzell, 30, was a Fentanyl overdose.
In October of 2022 officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department (OKCPD) were called to a home near W. Hefner Road and N. MacArther Blvd.
They found Fuzzell dead and heard that she had ingested Fentanyl.
Investigating since the death last year, OKCPD detectives now believe that Kristopher Hauser, 30, “provided Fentanyl to the victim,” said a news release.
Oklahoma County Detention Center records show that Hauser was booked on complaints of:
- First Degree Murder
- Distribution of Controlled Substance, and Possession with Intent
