OKLAHOMA CITY — A combination of law enforcement agencies arrested and booked 10 more people Wednesday in connection to the April 1 triple homicide at the biker bar Whiskey Barrel Saloon.
The Oklahoma City Police Department (OKCPD) with assistance from the United States Marshals Service, ATF, FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol served several arrest warrants and booked the individuals into the Oklahoma County Detention Center (Jail).
This comes after the initial arrests of three people soon after the incident.
Police believe that the shootout occurred because of festering hatred between two biker gangs that engage in several illegal enterprises in Oklahoma and Texas.
Booked Wednesday, May 10
- Clayton Owens, 36 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership, Use of a firearm while committing a felony.
- Eric Samiengo, 44 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
- Glen Knight, 44 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Use of a firearm while committing a felony, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
- Jefferson Girard, 56 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Use of a firearm while committing a felony, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
- Raymond Stauffer, 50 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Use of a firearm while committing a felony, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
- Richard Kamm, 48 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Carrying or possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
- Rickey Turpin, 45 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Carrying or possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Possession of a firearm with altered ID during the commission of a felony, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
- Ryan Floyd, 48 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Destroying evidence, Use of a firearm while committing a felony, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
- Shane Overby, 38 — Shooting with intent to kill, Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Destroying evidence, Use of a firearm while committing a felony, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
- Tyler Lewis, 27 — Accessory to murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Destroying evidence, Committing gang-related offense as a condition for gang membership.
