The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office returned an autopsy report recently that showed injuries to the dead infant consistent with blunt force trauma that shows injuries to the child beyond what would happen in a typical accident.

After their investigation and the return of the autopsy report, Oklahoma City Police Department detectives believe that Betancourt was the one who inflicted the injuries that caused his son’s death.
