OKLAHOMA CITY – ANTWON MONTRELL JACKSON, 44, and SARAH LARAYNA HOLLAND, 40, both of Oklahoma City, have been sentenced to serve 186 months in federal prison collectively for conspiring to commit child sex trafficking, announced U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester.
According to public records, in July 2024, Jackson was Holland’s pimp. Together, they used online advertisements to attract customers to set up commercial sex acts for both Holland and a 17-year-old female. Between July 20, 2024, and July 25, 2024, Holland and the minor engaged in commercial sex dates in multiple cities in the Western District of Oklahoma. Customers paid for the sex act utilizing CashApp with most of the money going to Jackson.
On February 20, 2025, a federal Grand Jury charged Jackson and Holland with conspiracy to commit child sex trafficking. In April 2025, Jackson and Holland pleaded guilty, and admitted they conspired to sex traffic a minor, set up commercial sex dates for the minor, benefited financially from those dates, and that they knew when they trafficked the minor, she was under 18 years old. Jackson admitted he directed Holland to post the ads and communicated with potential customers who had responded to the ads for the minor to set up dates. Holland admitted she posted the online ads and transported the minor to commercial sex dates.
On September 22, 2025, U.S. District Judge David L. Russell sentenced Jackson to serve 156 months followed by five years of supervised release and yesterday, Judge Russell sentenced Holland to serve 30 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release. In announcing Jackson’s sentence, the Court noted his long history of sex trafficking and abusing women and the seriousness of his offense. Regarding Holland, the Court noted that despite the long history of abuse she suffered at the hands of Jackson, she made the choice to sex traffic the minor and must be punished for the choices she made.
“The evil of child sex trafficking is among the most heinous of crimes imaginable,” said U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester. “While we are unable to change the lifetime of damage inflicted on vulnerable and innocent victims, we are resolute in holding these predators accountable for their vile exploitation of children. I applaud the law enforcement officials and prosecutors who are committed to investigate and prosecute these righteous cases.”
“This case is an example of great results through great partnerships as state and local agencies work together to dismantle human trafficking operations in Oklahoma,” said Director Donnie Anderson of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs. “We are extremely grateful to this courageous victim and her family for speaking out and providing critical assistance to our investigators. We want all victims to know they don’t have to be afraid to come forward, they are not alone, and help is available.”
This case is the result of an investigation by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Warr Acres Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Bow Bottomly and Elizabeth Joynes prosecuted the case.
This case is part of Project Safe Childhood (PSC), a nationwide initiative by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse. Led by U.S. Attorney’s Offices and the DOJ Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, PSC marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims.
