OKLAHOMA CITY — In the course of just a little over 12 hours Monday afternoon to dark morning Tuesday, three people were shot to death on OKC in three different locations.
Homicide #30
On Monday, May 21 at 1:20 PM patrol officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department (OKCPD) were dispatched to the 7300 block of NW 10th Street on the Westside from calls that someone was gunshot and lying “in lanes of traffic,” according to a press release from Sgt. Dillon Quirk.
Upon arrival, officers found Randy Mills, 36, who had already died from gunshot wounds.
Police believe that Mills was chased down in the area and shot to death.
Friday, the OKCPD reports that an arrest has been made:
Mario Latrael Mason, 25, has been booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on complaints of First Degree Murder and Carrying or Possessing a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Later Monday, at 11:26 PM OKCPD patrol officers responded to reports of shooting at an apartment complex at 5511 S. Sunnylane Road in SE Oklahoma City near Del City.
When they arrived, officers found one victim who had been wounded by gunfire.
That person was transported to a local hospital where he died later.

As of first publication, police told Free Press that no arrests have been made so far.

A few hours later in the dark early hours of Tuesday at 2:03 AM, patrol officers responded to several calls of residents hearing gunfire at an apartment complex at 1450 Westwood Boulevard near Stockyards City.
Officers found Anthony Hines, 38, who had died outside of an apartment.
A second person not named by OKCPD was found with a gunshot wound, sent to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening wound and later released.
From their initial investigation, detectives believe that “there was some type of verbal confrontation” just before the shootings.
On Friday, OKCPD was still reporting that there have been no arrests.
