PRESS RELEASE: OKCMOA presents Origami & Paper Flower Bouquets class for kids as part of Art in Bloom

Led by teaching artist Jackie Nelson

Designed for kids ages 8-12

Your registration includes access to Art in Bloom!

Students will learn the art of origami and paper crafting to create a vibrant bouquet of handmade flowers. With step-by-step guidance, they’ll fold, cut, and assemble colorful paper into beautiful blossoms, perfect for gifting or decorating. This class encourages fine motor skills, creativity, and a love for hands-on art. 

Note: Two members of Museum staff will be on-site throughout the duration of each class session. Authorized adults must check students in and out from the Theater Lobby desk.
