PRESS RELEASE: 2024 finalists announced for 11th annual ULI Oklahoma Impact Awards

On February 7, 2025, Urban Land Institute Oklahoma will host their 11th Annual Impact Awards at the Oklahoma  City Convention Center. The event recognizes projects that exemplify best practices in the responsible use of  land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities, through each project’s contributions to the built  environment and the public realm. The finalists represent those projects and initiatives that were determined to  best promote the creation of resilient communities, intelligent densification and urbanization, as well as  outstanding quality of design and construction. This year’s event is co-chaired by Justin Brannon (Chris George  Homes) and Maria Angelica Prado (Guernsey). 

Finalists for each of the categories were selected from a public nomination process. Projects completed in the  Oklahoma City metropolitan area within the last two years were eligible for nomination.  

Finalists for this year’s Impact Awards are: 

  • Outstanding Community Building Effort: Bike Club OKC, The Garden @ Bungalow 23, Sisu Youth Services Drop-In  Center & Shelter 
  • Outstanding Public Initiative: Almonte Library, RAPID NW, The Village Civic Area, W.P. Bill Atkinson Park Boutique Development: 4×4 Offroader, Douglas Townhomes, NW 57th St & Miller 
  • Small Scale Development: The Ayva Apartments, New Saigon Apartments, The Spaniard Midtown Large Scale Development: Domain at Chisholm Creek, Magnolia Row, Phillips Murrah Headquarters Outstanding Rehabilitation & Restoration: Boyett Petroleum, Public Strategies Headquarters, Resonant Head Tulsa Special Recognition: NOMA Tulsa, Quincy Park Apartments, Santa Fe Square 
  • Distinguished Merit Award: OAK OKC 

The winners in each category will be announced at the awards ceremony. 

The event kicks off at 5:30pm with a cocktail hour. Early bird tickets are $100 (Member) and $135 (Non-Member) through January 8th. After that date, tickets are $125 (Member) and $160 (Non-Member). To purchase tickets,  please visit https://oklahoma.uli.org/events/.
