OKLAHOMA CITY — Science Museum Oklahoma is honoring military families with a special expanded Memorial Day weekend admission offer from May 22 through May 25.
While Science Museum Oklahoma offers a regular military discount year-round, the museum will increase those savings over Memorial Day weekend. Guests with a valid military ID can receive half off general admission for up to four guests when tickets are purchased in person at the museum. The discount is not available for online ticket purchases.
“Science Museum Oklahoma is built on curiosity, exploration, and community, and military families are part of that story every day,” said Sherry Marshall, John E. Kirkpatrick President and CEO. “This weekend discount is a small way for us to say thank you. We hope military families can spend time together, discover something unexpected, ask big questions, and simply enjoy being together.”
As one of the largest science museums in the nation, Science Museum Oklahoma offers more than 500 hands-on exhibits, live science demonstrations, rotating experiences, and Love’s Planetarium shows designed to spark curiosity for guests of all ages.
The museum will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout Memorial Day weekend.
