Oklahoma City, OK – Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS) is excited to announce that the window to apply to one of the district’s six application schools for the 2026–27 school year is open now through February 13, 2026.
OKCPS application schools are free public middle and high schools with selective admission requirements. Criteria for selection may include a combination of achievement tests, attendance, auditions, grades, and/or letters of recommendation.
Belle Isle Enterprise Middle School, Classen SAS Middle School, Classen SAS High School at Northeast, Southeast Middle School, and Southeast High School are seeking applicants with talents in fine arts, leadership, STEM, as well as those who have demonstrated strong character, leadership and academic excellence.
New this year, the Belle Isle Enterprise program will welcome applicants for the inaugural freshman class of the new Belle Isle Enterprise High School (BIEHS) which is slated to open for the 2027–28 school year. Ninth-grade students will complete their foundational year at Belle Isle Enterprise Middle School and then move to the BIEHS campus in 2027.
Any student currently in 4th–11th grade may apply to one of OKCPS’ application schools, including students who reside in other districts. However, priority is given to students who live within OKCPS boundaries.

We encourage families to explore these programs and take the next step in shaping their child’s future.”
