The Mayor and City Council of the City of Oklahoma City invite you to the groundbreaking for the MAPS 4 Animal Shelter and building dedication.
10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27
The event will be held behind the existing OKC Animal Shelter, 2811 SE 29th St.
Onsite parking is limited. However, you can also park along Grand Boulevard to the west of the Shelter.
