PRESS RELEASE: Minnis Lakeview Recreation Center offers free adaptive STEM classes

Minnis Lakeview Recreation Center, 12520 NE 36th St., hosts adaptive science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) classes every fourth Thursday. The next class is July 25 at 12:30 p.m.

These free classes are designed for people of all ages who have physical and developmental disabilities.

Participants will work on STEM projects to improve coordination and problem-solving in a classroom environment.

Residents are encouraged to register at okc.gov/parks.
