4/4/25 Demolition Update
Here are the latest demolition updates for Myriad Convention Center. These updates will be sent out every Friday during this phase.
- Demolition on the Myriad Convention Center started on Wednesday, April 2.
- We will not see major exterior activity for the first couple of months because the contractor is removing the combustible material from inside the building.
- Trucks will enter the building from the west side on Ron Norick Boulevard, and exit on the east side on South EK Gaylord Boulevard (as indicated by the yellow arrows below).
Traffic Advisories
- No road closures expected at this time.
