OKLAHOMA CITY — A 17-year-old was shot to death at a convenience store in northwest Oklahoma City Saturday.
The death is homicide #37 for the City of Oklahoma City in 2024.
Patrol officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department were dispatched to a convenience store at the intersection of West Wilshire Boulevard and Northwest Expressway Saturday at 11:39 a.m. according to Sgt. Dillon Quirk in a press release.
When they arrived, a fight had already concluded and one person was lying dead at the scene from gunshot wounds.
That person has now been identified as:
- William L. Jackson, 17
Detectives are working an investigation which is in its early stages. At publication, no arrests have been made.
