No in-person classes for metro public schools Tues, Jan. 31

OKLAHOMA CITY (entire metro) — Most public school districts in the wider OKC metro are having kids stay home Tuesday, January 31 because of the anticipated second round of winter weather is anticipated for the area at some point in the day.

Oklahoma City Public Schools

All in-person classes have been cancelled for Tuesday. All students will work asynchronously by logging into Canvas or by completing work sent home from school. And, all evening classes and extracurricular activities have been cancelled.

Putnam City Public Schools

Tuesday is declared a snow day for PCS.

Edmond Public Schools

EPS will be in remote-learning mode. Be ready to receive contact from teachers for further instructions.

Yukon Public Schools

YPS is declaring Tuesday a snow day.
