OKLAHOMA CITY – Despite gray skies and light drizzle, the Fiestas De Las Americas parade and festival returned to the Calle Dos Cinco district in Historic Capitol Hill Saturday, celebrating the lives, spirits, and cultures of Oklahoma City’s widely diverse Hispanic communities.
