Several online services offered through okc.gov will be offline for system upgrades starting at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 25, and will be restored by 8 a.m. Monday, June 29.
The outage will affect permit and licensing applications, the City’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system, several database searches and OKC Connect, the online reporting tool for the Action Center.
Systems that are unaffected by the outage include the Utilities customer portal, okcutilities.com, and the My OKC Utilities mobile app, as well as the Utilities customer service phone line and IVR phone system at (405) 297-2833.
During this time, people will not be able to:
- Submit permit or business license applications.
- Pay permit fees.
- Schedule inspections online.
- Search for permits.
- View permit status.
- Access the response tracker.
- Submit Action Center requests through okc.gov or the mobile app.
City staff will also have limited access to information during the maintenance period, but will help people to the best of their ability. For assistance, residents may call the following departments:
