Man shot to death while driving on I-35 in southside OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY — A man was found shot to death in a car that had come to a stop along I-35 in south Oklahoma City Sunday.

Patrol officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department were sent to the area near I-35 and SE 59th Street on a shooting call around 10:50 PM.

When they arrived they found a victim in a vehicle that had bullet holes in it near the SE 66th Street exit ramp.

  • Terry Jackson, 34, was still in the vehicle and had already died from apparent gunshot wounds.

Investigators believe that Jackson was driving along I-35 when someone in another vehicle fired on Jackson’s vehicle.

No arrests have been made as of publication. Free Press will continue to update this story as we obtain reliable information.
