OKLAHOMA CITY — One man is dead and another is recovering from wounds sustained in the same shooting on Oklahoma City’s near south side in the dark early hours of Sunday morning.
Tommy Lewis, 26, (correction: originally listed as 57) was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds when officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department (OKCPD) were sent to 1627 S. Rotary Drive around 3:16 AM Sunday on a disturbance call.
Lewis was then transported to the OU Medical Center where he died.
Police found that a second victim, Dajuan Davis, 21, “showed up at the hospital” suffering wounds police believe to have been from the same shooting incident according to a press release. Davis was treated and released.
There have not been any arrests in the case so far.
