NORMAN – Diversion Hub has opened an additional office in Norman, OK, at 320 W. Main Street, Suite A. The office is open to the public, with walk-ins eligible to be screened for services. Anyone with criminal legal system involvement in Cleveland County, Canadian County, or Oklahoma County is eligible for assistance, as well as those with municipal or federal involvement.
The Cleveland County space is Diversion Hub’s third office, with the other two located in Oklahoma City and El Reno. The primary services offered out of the new Norman office are case management and justice navigation in line with Diversion Hub’s innovative service model, which pairs assistance navigating and exiting the justice system with wraparound social services.
At its main location in Oklahoma City, Diversion Hub has served almost 8,000 clients and their families in 2025 alone. The Cleveland County office already has several hundred clients working on life stabilization and paths to self-sufficiency, including obtaining housing and employment, meeting court requirements, and engaging with treatment services. Staff at the new office are working with Cleveland County Treatment Courts to support participants and Roadmap, the misdemeanor alternative to incarceration.
Diversion efforts and wraparound support are shown to reduce recidivism, generate cost savings to taxpayers, reunite families, and increase public safety.
