OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma’s latest known homicide victim’s body was found in a drainage ditch in the dark morning hours of Christmas Eve in Oklahoma City.
Police were called to the 6100 block of S. Walker 12:41 a.m. on Saturday, December 24th “on reports of a person found lying in a drainage ditch,” according to an Oklahoma City Police Department (OKCPD) press release.
The arriving officers checked the body and found “injuries consistent with homicide.”
The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification to next of kin. No arrests have been made.
