Homicide victim in SE OKC identified — suspect still on the loose

OKLAHOMA CITY (Free Press) — The homicide victim that we reported late Thursday has been identified by the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Cameron Reed, 18, was found by police Thursday afternoon around 2:25 PM in a residence at 321 SE 67th Street in Oklahoma City.

Officers were sent to the address on a call about a domestic-related shooting and found Reed who “appeared to be shot to death,” said MSgt Gary Knight with OKCPD.

From their initial investigation, detectives believe that Reed was engaged in some sort of fight with a relative when he was shot.

No arrests have been made at publication but police have identified the suspect.
